Retirement Plan Consultant and Third Party Administrator
Leo is a Retirement Plan Consultant and Third Party Administrator who has spent his career assisting plan sponsors with the design, compliance and administration of their qualified retirement plans.
As a member of the Enhanced Retirement Solutions Team, Leo is responsible for retirement plan consulting, design, administrative requirements and compliance support.
During his 14 years in the industry, Leo has split his time between Third Party Administration and Recordkeeper services. Leo spent 8 years consulting clients in a Third Party Administrator capacity, before joining Paychex, Inc. in the retirement services division. While there, he held client relationship and various leadership roles and gained valuable insights into how recordkeepers operate.
Leo graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) where he holds QPA, QKC and QKA®designations. He is also an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) with the IRS.
Outside of the office, Leo enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids and can usually be found at the ice hockey rink, softball fields or golf course.
