Robert Judd

Bob Judd has logged over 25 years of retirement plan service experience primarily in support of the bank and trust industry.

Prior to Enhanced Retirement Solutions, Bob spent eleven years with EPIC Advisors, Inc., a recordkeeping and third-party administration firm that supports banks and trust companies throughout the United States. Bob was a principle owner in the firm from 2000 to 2005, and was in charge of sales and marketing. In 2005, Bob and his partners sold EPIC and Bob took over as President until departing in April 2011.

During Bob's tenure EPIC grew from $1.2 billion to over $5 billion in assets under administration. EPIC served over 100,000 participants and more than 1,300 plans.

From 1994 to 2000, Bob was an independent retirement plan services consultant, providing retirement plan solutions and advice to banks and trust companies in the following areas:

  • Product Design
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Education support materials
  • Vendor selection
  • Profitability analysis

Prior to 1994, Bob worked for M&T Bank Corporation and was in charge of the bank's 401(k) product. Through his years in the retirement plan industry, Bob has worked with over 80 banks in support of their retirement plan business.

Bob has a BS Degree from the State University of New York. He holds the designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), jointly awarded by The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits.
